MORNING ROUTINE
Mornings are defining moments for me, profoundly influencing the rest of my day. I've learned that simple habits —those that resonate with my well-being and balance—are essential for starting off on the right foot. By creating rituals tailored to my needs, I've developed a routine that stays with me throughout the day and keeps me connected to myself.
True fulfillment doesn't come from quick fixes or drastic changes, but from those small daily rituals that offer me calm and energy to nourish my body and mind.
Avoid screens as soon as you wake up.
As soon as I open my eyes, I make a point of not looking at my phone . I give myself the first 20 minutes to set my intentions and practice mindfulness. This habit helps me stay centered and calm, rather than being swept away by notifications or the news. I use Do Not Disturb mode to block notifications, even when my phone is serving as an alarm. This allows me to enjoy my breathing exercises or a guided meditation without distraction.

I admit that at first, this combination seemed surprising to me, but it has now become an integral part of my routine. Depending on my mood, I choose a warm drink that comforts me, whether it's an adaptogenic coffee or a matcha. A little morning movement has become essential for me. Whether it's a walk, a few yoga poses, or even a stretching session, it helps me feel awake and energized. This morning habit is a source of energy and helps me prepare physically and mentally for the day.
Take care of myself.
To feel good about myself, I dedicate a few minutes to my skincare routine. Whether it's a gua sha massage, applying my makeup, or a facial, this time for me gives me confidence and helps me face the day with poise.
