MEETING WITH NATHALIE
Life is a quest for meaning.
I deeply believe that life is a quest for meaning, an adventure toward discovering who we truly are. This path isn't always linear, but it's always rich in lessons. Several years ago, I felt an inner calling, a desire to blossom into something greater. Leaving Toulouse for Paris wasn't just a move, but the beginning of a personal quest, a desire to find my place in the world.
Like many others, I started with doubts. Drawn to the world of fashion, I wondered if it could become a reality for me. Over time, opportunities arose, and I took my first steps in the industry. But once I was immersed in it, new questions emerged: "What if I created something of my own?" This dream, both ambitious and intimidating, began to materialize, almost naturally.
This path also led me to explore deeper dimensions of my well-being. I realized that fulfillment isn't limited to professional or external accomplishments. It also encompasses the body, mind, and emotions. This is how I turned to spirituality and the search for inner balance, towards a more holistic well-being.
The transformation.
As in any transformation process, doubt often accompanied me. I sometimes wondered if I was up to it, if I had a place in this already rich universe. But at each moment of doubt, I returned to a key question: why? Why am I doing all this?
My "why" has always been clear: I want to share what I've learned. I view these tools, which help me live with greater serenity and vitality toward a quest for inner peace, as constantly evolving treasures. Whether it's a new recipe or a spiritual practice, these discoveries have changed my life. I deeply desire to share them because I know they can transform the lives of others as they have transformed mine. When I focus on this mission of sharing, my doubts evaporate. It's no longer a question of me, but of what I can offer.
The transmission.
This desire to share is driven by a vibrant energy and a deep joy. I don't always know where it's leading me, but I feel within myself that this is the path I must follow. It's this authentic connection, this sincere desire to give, that fuels my creativity and passion, while strengthening the bonds I build with others.
It's easy to get carried away by ego, that little voice that makes us doubt and pushes us to compare. But when we connect with something bigger, with our true "why," that voice fades away. There is no more room for competition, because we are each a unique expression of a greater whole. We are here to share, inspire, and grow together.
This heart energy has guided me throughout my journey. When we align with this flow, life becomes surprisingly fluid. Doors open, synchronicities occur, and unexpected opportunities appear. It's not about controlling everything, but about trusting this process.
